Analog Tape to Digital Transfers

LiveWire is equipped to transfer your 2 track analog reel to reel tapes to Protools files or cd’s.  At all tape speeds: 1 7/8, 3 3/4, 7 1/2, 15 and 30 ips.  We have the convection oven necessary to bake old tapes from the 70’s and 80’s that suffer from “sticky-shed syndrome” in order to restore them to their original state before transferring to digital wave files.   We can also transfer:

In addition to these vintage tape formats, have a PCMF1 digital decoder, and can decode stereo tapes made with Dolby A, Dolby SR or dbx Type I noise-reduction.
