The first annual Legacy Awards were held at the History concert venue in Toronto on September 25.    Performers included Deborah Cox, Jully Black, Fefe Dobson, Kardinal Offishall, Keysha Freshh, Izzy-S, SATE, Savannah Re and DJ 4Kkorners.    The show aired nationwide on CBC.
