The LiveWire mobile was parked on a farm near Shelburne, Ontario for a week in September, recording a new album for The Jim Cuddy Band. Jim was going for a very live-off-the-floor feel, so the band was set up in a circle on the second floor of a barn on the property. We recorded 15 songs in four days, with no headphones and minimal overdubs. The Rheostatics’ Tim Vesely produced, and Ken Freisen engineered.
