LiveWire will be recording the cast album for Soulpepper Theatre’s production of “The Promised Land” on July 24 in front of a live audience.     The show features songs by Bruce Springsteen, Beyoncé, Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan and more – America’s master storytellers and songwriters have captured the struggle to realise the American dream. The cast will reimagine their music to illuminate the works of famed novelist John Steinbeck and the search for The Promised Land.

This will be our fourteenth cast recording for Soulpepper over the past five years.    The performance will take place at the Young Centre in the Distillery District.
