Cantor Simon Spiro of the Beth Tzedec Synagogue has contracted LiveWire to record an evening featuring songs by four famous Jewish songwriters of the sixties and seventies. “The Kids From Brooklyn” features the music of Carole King, Neil Sedaka, Barry Manilow, and Neil Diamond. There will be six featured singers backed up by a 20 piece orchestra and a children’s choir. Should be a fun evening with great songs.
