LiveWire will be providing the broadcast music mix for the 2013 Canada’s Walk of Fame Gala, which will take place at Toronto’s Elgin Theatre on September 21. The broadcast is being produced by Insight Film & Television.
The gala will be hosted by Martin Short with musical performances by Alice Cooper, Carly Rae Jepsen, The Tenors, and Tom Cochrane. Guest presenters include Mike Myers, Jim Carrey, Alan Thicke and David Foster. Famous Canadians being inducted into the Walk of Fame include Oscar Peterson, Bob Ezrin, Terry Fox, Christine Sinclair, and Maestro Fresh Wes.
