CTV’s new sitcom “Spun Out” premieres on Thursday March 6 at 8:30pm. The series stars “Kids in the Hall” alumni Dave Thomas as the CEO of a dysfunctional public relations firm. Its regular time slot will be Friday evenings at 8pm. 13 episodes were recorded last year at Pinewood Studios in front of a live audience, Hollywood style, using pram boom mics rather than wireless lavaliers. It’s the Canadian sitcom to be shot with a live audience in 20 years.
